Story

From buyer to developer, from developer to agency founder

In 2010, after several years of traveling, Andrey relocated to Pattaya with his family and bought his own villa. Back then he personally went through everything every Russian-speaking buyer has to deal with: choosing the district, negotiating with a Thai developer, verifying documents, and registering the ownership structure.

That experience became the starting point of the business. Andrey dug into the market from the inside — as a buyer, lawyer and investor at the same time. Then moved into construction, and eventually into running his own agency.

2,500+ apartments in partnership with Dusit Group

In partnership with Dusit Group, Andrey took part in the construction of 2,500+ apartments and three major turn-key projects — from design and permitting through delivery and after-sales service. This isn't brochure-level knowledge: he can read a BOQ, knows what clauses go into contractor agreements, and understands the real cost per square meter.

Montmari is built on this expertise. We know not only what the property looks like in photos, but also its hidden risks — be it foreign quota, land title status, ownership registration, maintenance costs or rental terms.
