Story
From a personal relocation story to a full-fledged agency
The company was founded by Andrey Emelyashin, a real-estate expert with more than ten years of experience in the Thai market. In 2010, after traveling around the world, Andrey relocated to Pattaya with his family and bought his own villa. Back then he went through everything every buyer goes through: choosing the district, verifying documents, settling with the developer and registering ownership.
In partnership with Dusit Group, Andrey took part in building 2,500+ apartments and three major turn-key projects. That experience became the foundation of Montmari: we know the market not from brochures but from the inside — as a developer, lawyer and buyer all at once.
