About Montmari Real Estate Agency

Montmari was founded by Andrey Emelyashin, a real estate expert with more than 10 years of experience in the Thai property market. The idea behind the company grew from Andrey’s personal journey: in 2010, after traveling extensively around the world, he decided to relocate to Thailand with his family and purchase a villa in Pattaya. Inspired by the quality of life in the region and the accessibility of real estate, he gradually became actively involved in residential construction and property sales.

In cooperation with Dusit Group, Andrey Emelyashin has participated in the development of large-scale residential projects, including more than 2,500 condominium units, as well as several turnkey developments.

Today, Montmari offers clients a comprehensive range of services related to property construction, purchase, and sale in Pattaya. We specialize in the design and construction of villas of various formats — from architect-designed homes to premium pool villas. We assist clients not only in acquiring property, but also in selling it efficiently, providing a professional approach, quality control at every stage, and close attention to detail.
