Montmari<\/b><\/span> was founded by Andrey Emelyashin<\/b><\/span>, a real estate expert with more than 10 years of experience in the Thai property market. The idea behind the company grew from Andrey\u2019s personal journey: in 2010, after traveling extensively around the world, he decided to relocate to Thailand with his family and purchase a villa in Pattaya. Inspired by the quality of life in the region and the accessibility of real estate, he gradually became actively involved in residential construction and property sales.<\/p>

In cooperation with Dusit Group<\/b><\/span>, Andrey Emelyashin has participated in the development of large-scale residential projects, including more than 2,500 condominium units<\/b><\/span>, as well as several turnkey developments.<\/p>

Today, Montmari<\/b><\/span> offers clients a comprehensive range of services related to property construction, purchase, and sale in Pattaya. We specialize in the design and construction of villas of various formats \u2014 from architect-designed homes to premium pool villas.
