Once a property is chosen, the most critical part begins: agreeing terms, the deposit, the contract, document checks, payment preparation and registration at the Land Office. MontMari coordinates the parties and helps the buyer understand what happens at each stage.
We take care of
- agreeing commercial terms with the seller or developer;
- overseeing the contract and payment schedule together with a lawyer;
- communication with agents, the developer, the management company and the bank;
- preparation for registering the deal at the Land Office;
- checking the handover of keys, meters, documents and access to the property.
The goal of our support is that the buyer is never left alone with Thai documents, deadlines and local rules.
