If you can’t fly to Thailand, we run the process remotely: we show the property by video, record its condition, gather documents, bring in a lawyer and help you through the reservation and payment stages.
How it works
- a video tour of the property, entrance, grounds and neighbourhood;
- extra photos of weak spots, building services and surroundings;
- checking documents and deposit terms;
- coordinating the power of attorney, lawyer and payments;
- property acceptance and a report after the keys are handed over.
We don’t replace legal due diligence — we organise the process so the buyer receives facts, documents and checkpoints.
