Checks before the deposit, not after the problem
In Thailand it is important to understand in advance who the owner is, what type of ownership is possible, and whether there are debts, restrictions, a management company, easements, disputed terms or hidden costs. We gather the facts before the buyer makes a financial decision.
What we check
- the owner’s documents and title deeds;
- ownership type: freehold, leasehold, company, quota;
- management-company fees, utility costs, sinking fund;
- whether the property matches its description, photos and actual condition;
- deposit terms, deal timing and refund risks.
As a result you get a clear list of questions and risks. If the property is weak, we’ll tell you before the deal.
